Adding Items to Your Shopping Bag:

To add items to your Shopping Bag, follow these simple steps:

  1. Before adding an item to your Shopping Bag from the Product Detail page, it is necessary to choose a size and/or color for the item you want to purchase.
  2. Click on the appropriate color swatch
  3. Choose a size and/or color for the item.
  4. Select a quantity in the field provided, up to the maximum
  5. Click the (Add to Bag) button to add the item to your Shopping Bag.
  6. When you are finished shopping click the (Go To My Bag) Button to be taken to your shopping bag to complete your purchase

Note: Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 1:00 p.m. (noon) CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Calculating Delivery Time:

Delivery Time = Fulfillment Center Handling Time + Shipping Time

Fulfillment Center Handling Time is the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse.

Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our Fulfillment Center.

When you view an item in your Shopping Bag, make note of its availability. (Availability: In stock, leaves warehouse in 1-2 full business days.)

Note: Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 1:00 p.m. CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

During checkout, you will get to select a shipping method and see the total time it takes for the item to leave the Fulfillment Center and ship to its destination. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Ex: The item you ordered takes 1-2 business days to leave our Fulfillment Center. During checkout, you select “Overnight” shipping. It will take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days for your order to arrive.

Tracking Your Order:

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carriers tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Tracking information for an order shipped via Standard Ground is not always available. Standard Ground shipments are not always traceable while in transit. Some tracking services only provide proof of delivery and will not provide any information about the package until it is delivered. The only way to guarantee that your order will be assigned a tracking number is by selecting an expedited shipping method, such as Second Day or Overnight.

Orders may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

Track your order by checking your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.

Delivery of Your Items:

We place an extremely high value on customer security and privacy.

We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy of orders. For this reason, most items take a minimum of 1 to 2 full business days to leave our Fulfillment Center, before entering the shipping process. (Availability: In stock, leaves Fulfillment Center in 1-2 full business days.)

Note: If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and your credit authorized by 1:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Return Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other additional charges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Service Department immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Wrong Item, Color, or Size?:

If you receive the wrong item, or if an item you receive is different from what you originally ordered, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges .

Exchanging an Item:

  • To request an exchange call Customer Service at 1-877-390-4080.
  • You will be charged for your new selection, and it will ship out the following day.
  • When your return is received, you will be credited for that order.
  • All exchanges and returns need to be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
